All tickets for the January 23rd, 2026 concert date will be honored. If you are unable to attend on the new date and would prefer a refund please contact your point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online at Ticketmaster.com, contact them directly at 1-800-653-8000 for refund. If you purchased your tickets in our Gift Shop, bring your tickets into the Gift Shop for refund. You have 30 days until 7pm on September 21st, 2025 to request a refund. Guests who purchased the Hotel package will be updated to the new date. Guests who purchased the hotel package and are unable to attend may contact the Hotel at 1-800-375-6073 to request a refund.
