A New Commercial Center Planned for Silverdale

A new commercial center could be headed for Silverdale’s shopping district, just north of the Trails at Silverdale shopping center. The project, led by the Suquamish Tribe, is planned for a vacant 13-acre site owned by the tribe at Clear Creek Road Northwest and Northwest Pete Ross Way. The development comes as the tribe looks to expand its already robust business operations with new ventures in retail.
