Facebook Virtual Halloween Costume Contest

Participation Qualification

  1. Patrons must be at least 18 years of age and be a member of the Players Club (or join upon winning).
  2. Patrons eligible to win one (1) drawing prize per day.
  3. Costumes must be appropriate, no excessively lewd or revealing costumes, Clearwater Casino Resort reserves the right to deem any photo inappropriate and deny the submission.
  4. Photo submissions cannot contain children (those under the age of 18).
  5. Only one (1) photo submission per person.
  6. Group photos will count as one (1) submission, multiple submissions for the same group / photo will not be accepted.

Prizes

  1. 1st Place: One Night Hotel Stay.
  2. 2nd Place: $50 Clearwater Casino Resort Gift Card.
  3. 3rd Place: $25 Clearwater Casino Resort Gift Card.

Drawing Date(s), Time(s), and How to Play

  1. Contest will open virtually at 9AM on Wednesday, October 28th and close at 11:59PM on Friday, November 6th, 2020.
  2. Judging will take place Monday November 9th to Thursday November 12th, with winners being announced on Friday November 13th, 2020.
  3. Contestants can only participate virtually through the Clearwater Facebook page.
  4. Contestants will fill out the contest form which consist of:
    1. First name and last name;
    2. Email;
    3. “Would you like to subscribe to our newsletter?” prompt; and
    4. Upload your contest picture here.
  5. A digital app called “Contest App” will be utilized for this contest.
    1. The app will compile all entries and make the entries easy to export.
  6. The “Contest App” will be used to compile all entries and turn the entries into a voting link for marketing personnel.
  7. From November 9 – 12, 2020, marketing personnel will use the digital platform to vote for their three (3) favorite costumes.
    1. All votes will be tallied by the digital platform to reveal the three (3) winners.
  8. On Friday, November 13, 2020, the three (3) winners will be contacted via email and announced on the Clearwater social media outlets.
  9. Disclaimers

    1. It is the patron’s responsibility to check their email for instructions on how to claim their prize.
    2. Prizes can only be redeemed in person.
    3. Winners have one week from 11/13 – 11:59PM on 11/20 to claim their prize. Any prize not claimed by the specified date and time will be deemed forfeit.
    4. Prizes must be signed for by winning participants. Prizes are non-transferrable. Prizes can only be claimed by the winner. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
    5. No employee of Port Madison Enterprises (PME), nor any member of the PME Board of Directors, shall be eligible to enter into this promotion at Clearwater Casino Resort.
    6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to have your name, photo, and/or likeness to be used in any future publicity materials published by the Clearwater Casino Resort.
    7. The Clearwater Casino Resort reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without prior notification.
    8. Odds of winning dependent on number of qualified entrants received.
