Keno Rules
- Total payout per non-progressive game limit is $50,000.00 to all players participating in the game.
- Maximum wager per one game is $250.00.
- Minimum wager per one game is $1.00.
- Keno offers two (2) games to choose from: the "MAIN" game, and the computerized random number generator (RNG) "SWAWA" game. These games will be displayed on separate Keno Boards which will be clearly marked.
- Players must indicate to the Keno Cashier which game they want to play either verbally or by writing "SWAWA" or "MAIN" on their Keno ticket.
- Both "SWAWA" RNG and the MAIN game will be available for purchase on a Keno Kiosk when Keno is closed.
- Only the SWAWA game will continue to play while the Keno Lounge is closed; the MAIN game will resume play when the Keno Lounge reopens
- Kiosk tickets may be redeemed at the Keno Lounge during its operational hours.
- If Keno is closed, the Cage Cashier may perform the redemption up to $1,499.99 less the bet.
- Winning ticket payouts of $1,500.00 or more, after subtracting the patron's bet/buy-in, must be paid-out during operational hours of the Keno Lounge.
- Winning tickets from a Keno Kiosk may also be redeemed within the Kiosk as credit for your next Keno game.
- Keno Runners are present for your convenience; it is not the Runners' responsibility to present players' tickets before next game.
- It is the players' responsibility to check their tickets before each game to ensure they are properly marked.
- All payments issued to players must be in accordance with the computer-generated ticket.
- Payoffs are calculated on price and number of spots on ticket on the rate indicated on our rate card.
- Winning single race tickets, and multi-race tickets of 2-20 games, must be redeemed within 30 days of the date issued.
- Winning multi-race tickets for 21 or more games may be redeemed within one (1) year of the date issued.
- Winning tickets are only redeemable after the last game on their ticket is called.
- Any winnings not claimed by the patron after the above time frames become the property of Clearwater Casino.
- Clearwater Casino is NOT responsible if tickets are presented too late for the current game.
- Any violation of Keno Rules will result in the ticket and/or winnings being voided.
- Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
- In the event a Keno ball draw cannot continue due to an irregularity, the Keno Manager may use discretionary judgment to issue refunds to participants.
- The Clearwater Casino is NOT responsible for lost tickets.
- Side betting between and amongst players, with or against the house, is prohibited.
- Any patron disputes will be processed in accordance with Clearwater Casino's currently approved Dispute Resolution Process Memorandum.
- A Keno Supervisor, or the Keno Manager, will be contacted to resolve any patron disputes.
- If a dispute arises when the Keno Lounge is closed, the Keno Supervisor or Manager will be contacted upon opening.
