Participation Qualification

  1. Patrons must be at least 18 years of age and a member of the Players Club to participate.
  2. Patrons must have a losing sport bet ticket.
  3. Patrons do not have to be present to win.
  4. Patrons eligible to win multiple prizes.

Prizes

  1. Up to $200 Cash.

Drawing Date and Time

  1. Ten (10) drawings will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 1:00 pm.

How To Play

  1. Patrons can place their losing sport bet ticket in a drawing drum located in the FanDuel Sportsbook.
    1. The losing sport bet must have been placed between March 13, 2022 through April 4, 2022.
    2. Patrons must legibly write their name and player's club card number on their losing ticket before placing it in the prize drum.
  2. Winning patrons will be contacted by a Marketing Representative using their information provided in the player tracking system.
    The list of all ten (10) winners will also be displayed on a poster in the FanDuel Sportsbook.
  3. Winning patrons will be rewarded their losing ticket bet amount up to $200.
  4. Winning patrons must visit the Players Club to redeem their prize.
    1. Patrons will have until May 1, 2022 to claim their prize.
    2. All unclaimed prizes will be void.

Disclaimers

  1. It is the patron's responsibility to place their entry in the appropriate drawing drum.
    1. Drawing entries placed in the wrong drum or without their name and player's club account number legibly written on the ticket will be considered void.
  2. The drawing drum will be emptied after the ten (10) winners have been selected.
  3. Winners must provide valid photo identification and Social Security number to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  4. No employee of Port Madison Enterprises (PME), nor any member of the PME Board of Directors, shall be eligible to enter into the drawings for this promotion at Clearwater Casino.
  5. By participating in this promotion, you agree to have your name, photo, and/or likeness to be used in any future publicity materials published by the Clearwater Casino.
  6. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
  7. The Clearwater Casino reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time without prior notification.
